Activation and Installation

Your phone line is converted to Broadband five working days after you place your Business Broadband order. We will tell you this date as part of the order process or you can choose any date after this.

Self-installation:
After you have completed your order, we will send you a BT Business Broadband Welcome Pack which contains:

• An easy-to-follow installation guide
• Quick-install software on a CR-ROM
• Your choice of router and line cord, with built-in firewall.
• 2 ADSL broadband filters*

* Filters prevent your broadband service interfering with other phone equipment. For broadband to work, you need to install a filter at each telephone socket in your premises.
